生命在于运动。

人不可一天停止运动。
没有运动，生命就会死亡；
身体机能就会退化；
人就会变得奇形怪状。
要保持健康，就必须运动。
运动、运动、再运动，
让自己的生命永保青春。

事物的发展也在于运动。
在变化中求发展，
在动荡中进步。

心灵的快乐却来自安静。

大圣大贤的思想，
来自长久的静思。
只有静下心来，
才能理解世界的真相。
只有平心静气，
才能作出正确的决定。

静，
是人类达到极乐境界的必由之路。
动，
是人类生存的必然法则。
处理好动静的关系，
是关系到生命质量的重大问题。

静，
可以采用出世的方法进行。
动，
必须由入世的行为达成。

大乘与小乘之高低，
可以由此一目了然。
小乘只求静，
而大乘讲究动静结合。
只有静，
彼岸的到达没有基础。
大乘才是圆融通达，
毕竟高出一层。

修身养性，
提炼自身的潜能，
可以静坐炼气。
保持身体的健康，
还需要运动。

另外，还需要
相应的营养，
纯洁的水，
新鲜的空气。

这里有外界的因素，
有内在的因素，
有精神的培养，
有物质的供应。

缺一不可。

在提醒我这个月已经过去一半。

新年期间，大雪纷飞。
时光静静，如同水银般流淌，

眼前的日子模模糊糊，回首往事，
却如同水晶透亮。我心急如焚，
但却无力把握这似水流年。

人生来世，一无所有。
唯一的财富是一生的时间。
无论什么时候，无论什么地点，

我们人人都在投资自己的生命，
期望的是什么样的回报，
只有天眼明鉴。

在这自己生命已经过去一半的时候，
我许愿，要把时光凝结为水晶，

Behind the clear glass window,
searching,
were your anxious eyes.

Riding at the speed of light,
the time train you were on
flashed by
the platform of the time station
where I were standing on
patiently waiting
in peace and quiet.

As I felt the air
mixed with your scent
caressing the weary face of mine,
your image
traveling along the beautiful curve of
the trajectory under the influence of red-shift,
instantaneously came into
my eyesight.

Only to leave nothing
more than a mathematical point,
infinitely small,
in the remote dome
of my soul's sky.
