A ROAD MIDAIR

A road midair, so cool,
shaped by the lights, the moon

even tries to travel on it.

THIS SINGLE BIRD

Over a seemingly endless surface of ocean,

is it still early in the morning or before the night,

the clouds in the sky are half illuminated,

this single bird, an intelligent

consciousness of some sort, standing

at the head tip of a lonely boat,

with a some fancy light left on at the other end,

looks at its own reflection in the water.

Could it be the one pondering

about the meaning of life of all sentient beings

before the crack of dawn of any civilization?
