White Rice Soup
The grains of rice
In the hot pot
water rolling
Down and up
This life
Feel the pain
Together with many others
Like a rice grain
As long as the heat is there
The sufferings will not be done
Looking for the nirvana
The samsara is too long
After the time takes it's course
The raw hard rice grains
Now become
Part of the rice soup
The energy of the sun
The nutritions of the earth
And the hardwork of the farmers
Through the summer
To the stomach
Digestion processes
Down the drain
Tomorrow's wastes

《白粥》
米粒热锅中,沸水汹涌。
此生受苦痛,随同万众,米粒般同。
只要火还红,煎熬不会终。涅盘遥无期,轮回深重。
更待时神完其工,米软汤浓,浑浑融融。
太阳热能,大地养分,整个夏天农夫勤奋。
吞落肚内,消化过程,排入下水道,明日泥尘。

《浪淘沙 - 白粥》
稀饭煮锅中, 雾汽蒙蒙。
煎熬米粒慢出功。
似众生轮回苦难, 以涅盘终。
待米软汤浓, 浑浑融融。
白粥恰好喂谗虫。
到了腹中消化后, 粪水一通。
